The Goodman Group provides the design, development, operations and support services to ensure that we are a single resource for each development. Since 1995, we have been developing and managing on behalf of Intergenerational Living & Health Care, a not-for-profit organization which provides housing for seniors, learning centers for children, and programs which bring all ages together.
